Support for REPLICA IDENTITY in the postgres_publication resource

Hi, thanks so much for building this very useful module. It's just what I needed to setup some logical replication features! Though I've run into one snag and I know it probably crosses the line into table management, which I understand you don't want to support. However, in order to manage a publications behavior fully, I do need to be able to set the ALTER TABLE REPLICA IDENTITY on the tables in the publication so it will properly communicate DELETES for our setup. Would this behavior fall under the purview of this module?
