Standard practice is to have the -12V pins of the power header facing the bottom of the PCB (ie, red stripe down). The fact that the -12V pins are facing the top and there's no stripe on the PCB to denote this makes powering the recurBOY with a eurorack PSU a needlessly risky situation!
