Selecting tag not always accurate #78

When I encountered the validation error related to the title type attribute I tried selecting the tag by right clicking on the text in the main editing pane. Twice I was given the p tag to edit rather than the title tag.

The validation handling has changed substantially since this issue was created.
I'm pretty sure this is no longer an issue so am closing it. Re-open if necessary.
