Cannot create more than one task per time when create from project

My actions before raising this issue

Expected Behaviour

Can create any number of tasks

Current Behaviour

Can create only one task (need select project each time before creating a new task, otherwise we get the error)
A task must contain at least one label or belong to some project

Possible Solution

Probably component state issue
