jadi dari request Lanaya#8266 untuk mengimplementasikan command saran

Yang kumengerti

  1. pengguna yg menggunakan command cuy/saran saran_disini bakal di send ke channel saran
  2. saran tersebut ada 2 reaction tanda centang dan tanda x
  3. jika saran centang itu banyak kita bakal memikirkan untuk mengimplementasikannya

cara

  1. cuy/setsaran nama_channel
  2. cuy/saran saran_disini
