Additional --bar-card-disabled-color options #168

It would be nice to have something like --bar-card-disabled-color for "off", "clear", "unknown", etc.

stumbled on this:

      bar-card-row bar-card-card:nth-of-type(1) {
        {% if not states['sensor.doorbell_object_detected'].state in ['unavailable','unknown','clear'] %}
          --bar-card-color: rgb(128, 0, 0, 1); border: 2px groove white; border-radius: 7px;
        {% else %}
          --bar-card-color: rgb(128, 0, 0, .5);
        {% endif %}
      }
