I finally got WinTelive working. GNU Radio is connected to my rtl_tcp server and I also receive voice and data.

However, I can't connect to one specific channel/frequency (423.206250). The program instantly crash as soon I tune in. Also the "Tune New" button makes wintelive.exe crash.

If I try to restart WinTelive it crash directly after pressing the connect button. I need to close down M-SYS2 and the GNU Radio FFT screen and restart everything in order to get it working again.

If I use the All Scan function it also crash when the scanner reach the frequency described above.

I have tried VC 2015 and 2017 runtime (both 32/64bit), copied all .dll files from another project (old SDR# Tetra plugin with M-SYS2), adding extra channels in GNU Radio, M-SYS2 and in WinTelive (with the telive_receiver_channels variable), rebooted my computer, etc etc. I had no success solving this issue.

Would have been great if you could describe how you went about building WinTelive?
I made an issue #7 for this purpose.
Once we can build, we can solve bugs! 👍

To be honest I don't remember anymore how I build it and I can't test this issue because all frequencies has been changed and 99% of all users use encryption now.
