Error al extender a XADES-XL #13

Hola buenos días

Al intentar extender de XADES-T a XADES-XL la aplicación me arroja el siguiente error: "El certificado no ha podido ser validado".

El certificado que estoy usando para firmar es de la FNMT y no está revocado.

¿A que puede deberse este error?
