I was unaware of betterproto when I added grpclib (betterproto's predecessor) in #12 .
Looks like betterproto builds with --python_betterproto_out=, which could be added in a very small change just like #12 . Does it coexist with grpclib + grpcio, or will it supplant one of them by sharing an output filename?
