Cake support

How would one go about using this from cake? Is it possible to have a built in cake task, similar to how there is currently one for FAKE?

Thanks for the suggestion @ryangribble. I'm pretty much waiting on dotnetcore #121 to stabilize before touching this project again. For a 2.0 of SourceLink, I think I'd probably prefer FAKE and CAKE support wrap a SourceLink.exe executable like #114. We'll see.

v2 is going to be dotnet cli tools dotnet sourcelink & dotnet sourcelink-git. I'm calling the tools from msbuild nuget packages #130. They could easily be called directly from FAKE or CAKE too. I'm expecting most people to just use the msbuild targets. Let's see how that plays out. I'm going to close this for now. Hoping to have something others can play with tomorrow (but you know how that goes).
