TBD: TCTF are proposing that Designated Proponents will provide license-free content suitable for DEVICE Playback testing. Note: this may well have different requirements than media required by CSTF for Media Profile acceptance into their specification.

TBD: what format this content needs to be provided in and what testable requirements it needs to be capable of meeting.
