It should take as input the 4 last parameters from the RunSummary files for each run.

The executable is in /fefs/aswg/software/gain_selection/bin/lst_select_gain

$ lst_select_gain 
Usage: lst_select_gain <input file> <output directory> <reference time> <reference counter> <module> <preferred trigger info source>
