Feature Request: Move window pane divider

Could you please add the ability to drag the divider between the two panes up or down? Having half the space taken up by the user styles, which I don't use, is a little frustrating. Fantastic module, otherwise. Couldn't do my custom journals without it.

Oh, one other note while I'm here: the syntax highlighting for nested CSS doesn't really work properly. But I'm guessing that's more of a dependency problem.
