Build is current failing on AppVeyor/Windows.

1) Invalid : C:\projects\csf-screenplay\Tests\CSF.Screenplay.Reporting.Html.Tests\bin\Debug\CSF.Screenplay.Reporting.Html.Tests.dll
Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.
  ----> Could not load file or assembly 'nunit.framework, Version=3.0.5797.27539, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=2638cd05610744eb' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
