Jupyterhub Hangs on Opening Notebook

I've tried opening JupyterHub a few times tonight. Each time I've tried to do so, the interface hangs when I try to open one of my notebooks (puyallup-0.2.ipynb). Is there something wrong with the system, or have I done something wrong?

@paselkin One hunch: there's a size limit of 10 GB per user on the jupyter Hub. Exceeding this limit would cause a notebook to fail to load. Is this a large notebook, or did you have other notebooks open at the same time? Can you open other notebooks besides this one?

If it helps, there's a memory counter on the bottom left of the JupyterLab interface showing current / max allowed memory.
