@ishank011 we are using protobuf v3, what is the motivation to go back?

@labkode sorry, I meant switching to the newer golang implementation of protobuffers, from https://github.com/golang/protobuf to https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf-go. The previous version is deprecated now (golang/protobuf#1077) and we have to suppress linter warnings in reva since we use it.
