Lots of old routes and other code should be deleted. Make a branch (that includes the year name) to archive it,and then reduce CT to just the modern code that we want.

When we need to support uploading again -
manageCourse used to link to a rawgit (now deprecated) -
link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://rawgit.com/enyo/dropzone/master/dist/dropzone.css"
Replace with css from
https://www.dropzonejs.com/
