[Feature Request] Upload Books to CWA from Direct Download URL

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I often retrieve eBooks by downloading them directly from websites. When I do this, I have to download the book to my own PC, then upload it to CWA, either by the UI or by placing it in the ingest folder.

Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be great if CWA had an option to provide a direct download URL, which downloads the book and adds it to the library automatically.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I often use Readarr to retrieve books, but some books are easier to download directly (as opposed to finding a torrent).
