[Feature Request] Add a new book manually

Hello,
I'm using calibre to share my ebooks and physical books with my familly.
Everybody can see the books list of the other members. So they can decide to loan a book and where they can find this book. At one of the member.
The problem is that when a member have a new book, i need to register the book in calibre.
It will be helpfull that each member registered itself a new book on the web interface. The import of empty file is not a solution because it's hard on a smartphone to find a file and this file is useless.
And this possibility will be a way to create a new shelf for wishes books. The other member can know the information and can find the book at a friend's house or as a gift.
Other idea : each member can add books they have already read by adding them to a virtual shelf "external borrow"
Creating an empty book is possible with calibre so why not with cwa?
The possibilty to add a book with isbn will be a plus ! Why not by scanning the code with a smartphone.
