Getting rid of dead URLs in cargo crev update

When running cargo crev update, there are multiple repo URLs that are dead:

$ cargo crev update
...
ERROR: Error: Failed to fetch https://github.com/vctibor/crev-proofs: remote authentication required but no callback set; class=Http (34); code=Auth (-16)
ERROR: Error: Failed to fetch https://github.com/cultpony/crev-proofs: corrupted loose reference file: FETCH_HEAD; class=Reference (4)
ERROR: Error: Failed to fetch https://github.com/TheAlgorythm/crev-proofs: corrupted loose reference file: FETCH_HEAD; class=Reference (4)

Is there a way to exclude those?
