Can't change weather widget city

After clicking 'Edit "Weather"' and typing in name of the city which i'd like the widget to display nothing happens, regardless of in what language or what kind of letters i am typing.

This widget is using Microsoft Bing Weather as a shell. Can you check if your weather app is working on your PC?
