Problem

The implemented header design does not align with the current Vocabulary design system and is missing both the 'Explore CC' dropdown and the 'Donate' button.

@TimidRobot I have gone through the creativecommons/vocabulary and documentation but cant seem to find the designs being referred to. Can I refer to the image view provided for the changes ?
