CRC also available on Chocolatey can be installed with choco install crc

We've added automation to publish to chocolatey community feed when we make a Github release. On windows we have also the MSI, but for users who'd like to install CRC quickly from the CLI/PowerShell we invite them to try out the choco package and provide feedback.

Run the command choco install crc from an Admin console and please remember to reboot after installing the package and then again reboot after running crc setup, these would be one time steps and need not to be performed later when updating to a newer release.
