Allow objects/config arrays in filter definitions

Hi,

It would be interesting to allow filters that handle parameters, so we can have the same filter class for many different things. I needed for example to filter on a set of objects handles which can't be known in advance as they are they are inputted by users, but realised this is not possible atm, so something like this :

Event::on(
    Webhooks::class, 
    Webhooks::EVENT_REGISTER_FILTER_TYPES, 
    function(RegisterComponentTypesEvent $event) {
        foreach ($objects as $object) {
            $event->types[] = [
                'class' => ObjectFilter::class,
                'handle' => $object->handle
            ];
            // OR
            $event->types[] = new ObjectFilter[
                'handle' => $object->handle
            ];
        }
    }
);

But the WebhooksController.php line 85 is failing as it's only accepting a array of strings.

Is that something that sounds possible ? Or maybe there's already a way to do this that I can't see ?
