URL broken

Please see screenshot:

We have configure our URL's as follow:
https://imgur.com/a/KxwoJdt

But since last updates (I don't no which one) we have following issue. URL's don't set the dateCreated.timestamp from database in URL.

The URL's look now as follow:

/9/slug

without the timestamp.

Can you please help or fix this problem? You have any idea?

• Craft version: 3.0.18
• PHP version: 7.1

Just fixed this for the next release.

In the meantime, you can get the fix early by changing your craftcms/cms version requirement to "dev-develop as 3.0.19" in composer.json, and then run composer update.
