Wrong error message when path to HTML Email Template is invalid #3074

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enter invalid path for “HTML Email Template” in Email settings
  2. Click Test to send test email
  3. See error message that points to a different path than what was entered in settings
    Unable to find the template “settings/email/_index”.
