Title: Introduction into libfmt/std::format

Length: ~45 minutes (tbd.)

Status: Concept phase

Required preparation time: ~1-2 weeks

Description:
I/O streams are slow, printf is too "C" and not extensible. libfmt changed the landscape of test formatting.
This talk shows how to use libfmt and which parts are available in the C++ standard library.
