头部固定那就简单了，根本不需要这个，头部写死，然后滚动指示器+Fragment就行

我现在的需求是 1：头部、tab一起滚出屏幕
2：头部固定、tab滚进去（滚到头部后面）
3：头部滚出去、tab固定在顶部

它这个貌似只滑出第一viewgroup，你在这里考虑下吧

他这个是 通过 到顶在往上滑 就 调用scrollBy 来滑整体的 关键是 我的需求是 要的是 只花中间的tab，上面的header还要固定，很恶心 这招行不通了

就一个tab ，一个是头部 头部固定的时候 要滑中间的tab

早试过了 第二种 做不到
