使用sticky-headers-recyclerview
如果第0个item是固定不可滑动的，此时ScrollableLayout滑动会有问题（helper中recycle的滑动判断有问题）
请问能不能开放一个setHelper的方法，可以让我们重写helper中的isTop()方法
