Make consistent menu behavior in a mobile view

Related to #718

1st scenario:

• Open menu in a mobile view
• Expand 'More' section
• Close the menu
• Open it once again --> More section is still expanded

2nd scenario:

• Open menu in a mobile view
• Expand 'More' section
• Press on 'About'
• Open menu once again --> More section is still collpsed

ER: it would be great to make menu seciton's behavior the same (collapse sections on close action)

I have also noticed that when a menu ('More' section, as an example) is expanded in a mobile view, then the eponymous dropdown becomes expanded as well when change a screen width to a desktop view. See the video: https://watch.screencastify.com/v/zj6LZcF0CzK5KwLj4Q5a
