Related to #405

  1. Connect to a wallet account with available vCOW tokens, or COW tokens from locked GNO.
  2. Run Claim or Convert transaction (buttons become disabled)
  3. Do not sign the transaction in the connected wallet
  4. Change a wallet account/connect to another wallet with available vCOW tokens, or COW tokens from locked GNO.
  5. Go back to the 1st wallet and trace the button when TX is still pending

AR: 'Claim' and 'Convert' buttons are enabled

ER: buttons should be disabled when the TX is pending
