While chatting with @c19850727 about BQ.1.1.71 i noticed a very recent sublineage of it defined by S:Y248H.
Being insertions/mutations at residue 248 a known tract of late fast BQ.1.1 (BQ.1.1.45,EA.1, BQ.1.1.37) and being BQ.1.1.71 i propose it to flag it immediately.
