Yes. Here is an example of that from our Deployment Manager Samples GitHub repo:

Looks like we just need to add a disk here. I'm not sure if it needs formatted or what. https://github.com/couchbase-partners/google-deployment-manager-couchbase/blob/master/simple/group.py#L113-L121
