MBT and integration test tooling depends on ibc-go.

Currently we use ibc-go v4 and need to migrate to v7 which uses cosmos-sdk v47.

Closing criteria:

  • unit tests are operational
  • integration tests are operational
  • MBT/diff tests are operational
