Description

Adrian is no longer the best point of contact for code of conduct violations. Since ICF is now the org owner it should go to a member of the ICF. Other org owners are members of Interchain GmbH and so I've put my interchain address as the point of contact. Otherwise Michael could also be used but wouldn't have as much insight on the codebase.

closes: #7365
