Restart doesn't properly restart the game #91

Considering I lost several rewards and items due to bug #90, I decided to restart the game.

I thought the game would reset the world, but it only did this:

emptied my inventory
reset my quest progression but kept me in level 2
replaced the air blocks with the dirt of the initial island

This means:

everything I built remained in place
I got new dirt (this can be abused to get a lot of dirt)
with my chest destroyed and level 1 quests unavailable I was unable to cut wood, get apple tree saplings, etc (game botched)
