Personally, I think the method the article skill definitions and mapping between projects and skills require the participation of experts. We use a data-driven matrix decomposition method to study ways to help experts accomplish this task. In the linear model of skill evaluation and project result prediction, two maps between project and skill are compared, one is expert, the other is matrix factorial decomposition. Visual analysis shows a relatively similar pattern between experts and decomposition maps, although there are differences. The prediction comparison shows that the factorial decomposition method is slightly better than the original expert Q matrix, and it is proved that the factorial decomposition mapping is effective.
