To work with DRF's AcceptHeaderVersioning I am using coreapi headers add 'Accept: */*; version=1.0'.

It would make sense if headers could be configured (optionally?) per hostname, similar to how it is done for credentials.

Worth thinking about yup. Eventually we'll want to be able to provide more complete customization over anything in the Session.
