rk3568官方没有提供ffmpeg的编码库，只提供了解码库。jellyfin又是使用ffmpeg的，所以没法硬件编码。 rk官方支持的是gstreamer编解码 |

启动后播放设置VAAPI.硬解选项都勾上。。播放HEVC视频时直接时转码播放，没法硬解。哪里没弄对。这u我查了下是能硬解的。
