[Bug]: Test Email Error 500

Wait, this is not cool...
There has been an error, we are working on it.
Error: Cannot update locked property: [emails]

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: /notifications/email
2. Press "Send Test Email".
3. Change default/pre-filled email address to any other email address.
4. Press "Send Email"

Additional Information

Test emails work just fine when sending to my account email which is pre-filled in the field.
Error occurs when default value/default email is changed.
