Prebuilt Jar for KSM

Hallo, incase i don't want to bring Docker Engine dependency to the Machine where i would like to run KSM, then the only Option is to build the JAR from the source.

Is there no prebuilt Jar, that i could use?
i found kafka-security-manager_2.12-0.3.jar on https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/github/simplesteph/ksm/kafka-security-manager_2.12/0.3/

But it Looks like KSM Version 0.3 for Kafka 2_12, But that is very Old.
I am Looking for a Kafka 2.2.2 compatiable Version.

Do I need to have Scala installed on the Machine to run KSM?
