Currently, conda-press makes the filename and the *.dist-info/WHEEL with the string "cp38-cp38m", which is incorrect for Python 3.8 and will not install. Unzipping, changing the string to "cp38-cp38", then rezipping with the new name works.

Using conda-press from github since the conda-forge package is broken.
