nvvm and crt should be split to a separate outputs to be used independently from nvcc. This work is being aligned with other installer formats for general consistency.

Would be nice to document about nvvm for Numba users, for the time being. Took me a while to recall this issue 😅

Agreed. There's an upstream issue ( numba/numba#9045 ). Maybe we can propose some text we like?

Moved from cuda-nvcc to cuda-nvcc-impl where these contents now live (and future packages would also live)
