why are there 2 packages for sphinx rtd theme in conda-forge?

What are the difference between these two packages?

• sphinx-rtd-theme
• sphinx_rtd_theme

I can not seem to find source for sphinx-rtd-theme, I want to make sure this is legit as I have been using sphinx-rtd-theme.
