@conda-forge/scipy any ideas on this patch appearing?

Hm. I guess this is a combination of two things. #824 has no time-bound, and conda-forge/scipy-feedstock@4d9df15 added a separate constraint for the lower bound (mainly for ease of documentation with separate comments between upper and lower bound), but IIUC that means that the replace_depends still finds something to replace for the _2 builds.

I guess we could add a build_lt: 2 or so to the 1.14 patch_yaml here?
