I'm trying to install Gift Aid onto a drupal site using civi version 4.4.5 and I've got this fatal error:
Could not find custom field for custom.civicrm_value_gift_aid_submission.eligible_for_gift_aid, civicrm_value_gift_aid_submission, eligible_for_gift_aid

Could anyone please advise on reasons/solutions? Thanks
