This is mostly a curiosity since I've fixed it locally by manually modifying the
~/quicklisp/dist/quicklisp/installed/systems/dissect.txt file to refer to the 20180831 instead of the 20180131 version which is taken by quickload by default.

Any idea why quickload takes an earlier version and not the latest?
