the suggestion in Stack Overflow was to open a ticket here because it looks like PDF (and epub) generation has been disabled in the self hosted docs page. |
I've enabled PDF and ePub builds. Not sure why they were disabled, might have been the default at the time it was set up. You can get the latest stable PDF here: https://media.readthedocs.org/pdf/stack/stable/stack.pdf |

@borsboom umm, that says November 2015 on it, are you sure it's the latest? |
It does look older... my guess is that RTFD has a CDN that's caching an older version. Maybe check back in a while to see if it updates, and let me know if it doesn't? |
maybe the latest version of the docs needs to be rebuilt for everything to be created... I've noticed the popup in the bottom left is still not active. |

Did some more digging, and it turns out that readthedocs.org doesn't support PDF generation for projects that use MkDocs. According to this:

I would like to read the user guide as a PDF or epub, but there is no download link for this. Apparently https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/features.html#pdf-generation provide this service, could you please link me to where the PDF is?
