If a cabal file has multiple tests, then they get concatenated into one log file - .stack-work/logs/PKG-test.log. It'd be better to have .stack-work/logs/PKG-TESTNAME.log, as will be used for detailed-0.9 tests (#1429)

This is especially important for benchmarks where we need to harvest the data reliably to report the result of the benchmark...
