disappearing post pictures for "in the news" page

Currently, we are using the image source of the news articles to get images. However, when the source removed that article from their storage, we no longer have a image to display for those news articles.

One way to resolve this issue would be to store the news images externally through dropbox/drive.

Or store the news images locally and limit the amount of news articles the number of news articles that are displayed on the page at one time. Only keep local images for those articles.

It's fine to host many small (<5MB) images directly on the GH repo, the same way members' headshots are hosted - definitely the simplest option.
